Roofing Ventilation will accept the return of goods subject to the following:
Notification is sent to us within 7 days. We will then be able to guide you through the correct process.
All goods must be returned by the customer at their expense to the original place of despatch, this may be to the manufactures address or to the Roofing Ventilation warehouse. Any goods purchased via Roofing Ventilation from the manufacturers direct may only be returned at the manufacturers discretion.
The goods must be in a resaleable condition. No refund will be given on goods that are returned in an unsaleable condition.
A re-stocking charge of 30% is chargeable on all returns.
Made to Order Items
Goods that are supplied as 'special order' may not be returned for a refund - these include:
All the Mardome Rooflight range* and the Roof Slate & Tile Vents, Ridge Tile Vents and Cowl Vents. All these items are made to order and non returnable.

If you wish to return your order, please contact us. However, it is important to note that due to many Mardome rooflights being made to order, returns are only accepted in exceptional circumstances and a collection charge of £85 ex VAT will be applied if approved. We recommend taking the time to review your order carefully before making payment as this fee is non-refundable.
As soon as the returned items have been checked back into our warehouse or manufacturers yard we will arrange for a refund back to the original credit/debit card that you used for your purchase.
