We have a range of soffit vents which are designed for use with traditional fascia and soffit board.
A soffit vent is a small vent that is installed under the eaves of a roof / soffit that allows fresh air from outside to be drawn up into the roof to keep a building ventilated.
We stock two main types of soffit vents. The first is an individual soffit vent which is most common, as they are the easiest to install. Simply drill a hole into the soffit board for the circular vent to fit into, then push the vent into them. The second is a continuous soffit vent. They come long, narrow vents that run the full length of your soffit. Both of these soffit vent types can be easily be retrofitted to help improve ventilation in your home and help prevent damp.
For the amount of soffit ventilation required, the general rule of thumb is to have at least one square foot of ventilation for every 150 square feet of attic space.
